Driver support for the flavor components has yet to be implemented. Though I suppose if you had a capture card that worked under Windows that's work. Still, I'm not a big fan of MCE(granted I've only used 2004), the alternatives do a lot more for you.

Not really... I like MCE because it works with the MCE remote control, it does what it does resonably well, and I don't want to install Linux to playback media.
And the only thing that isn't working yet is the IR receiver, which I could just use the external USB one for anyway.

Also the reason I don't care about capture is I don't use MCE as a PVR, I already have a highdef PVR from my cable company for that, I use MCE for playing DVDs, video files, and PC games.
